Iron sharpens iron

Look around you. Who surrounds you? Who’s in your circle? Are your people continuously allowing you to act a fool and remain a disaster, or are they helping sand your rough edges? Do they feed you what you want to hear? Maybe they don’t feed you at all. Maybe they enable or condone your poor behavior. Do they nourish your soul? Even if at times it’s hard to swallow. Do they make you think, reflect. Do they push you to level up. I’m thankful for the people that see where I need sanded, when often times I don’t see it myself. The places I need improvement. Ones who see my potential and aren’t afraid to hurt my feelings and tell me where I’m failing. People who want to see me grow, evolve and be better than the person I was yesterday. Those are my people! 😍 Iron sharpens iron. Those are the people you need. 😉
